1. Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and terms used in these conditions are set out below. These definitions apply consistently throughout the entire document.

2. Account Registration and Identity Verification

The following rules must be followed regarding the process of opening an account and verifying identity on the jet wine platform.

• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and address — must be true and accurate.
• Registering with false or misleading information will result in the account being cancelled and any pending payments being withheld.
• The member is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. Access must not be granted to any third party.
• If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after an identity verification request, restrictions will be placed on the account.
• To change the mobile number used to create an account, you must contact the support team via live chat.
• After an account is created, jet wine may carry out an identity verification process before the first withdrawal.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Participation on the jet wine platform is permitted only for those who meet the following eligibility conditions.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on jet wine are governed by the conditions described below.

• Each promotional offer may be claimed only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
• Only bets placed on specified games or categories will count toward meeting wagering requirements. Winnings from free bets or bonus funds must have wagering completed before cash withdrawal.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or in a coordinated manner will result in the bonus being forfeited from all associated accounts.
• jet wine reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members will be notified in advance of changes where possible.

• Under the VIP Cashback Programme, members receive cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum.

6. Gaming Rules and Technical Matters

All games and sports betting on the jet wine platform are governed by the following rules.

6.1 Casino Games

• The outcomes of all slots, live casino and table games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). No outcome is predetermined or influenced.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical fault, the bet for that game will be refunded where applicable. Wins recorded in a faulty environment will be considered void.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the jet wine platform. Breaching these restrictions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any outstanding funds.

8. Limitation of Liability

• jet wine is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection, power outages or issues with a user's device.
• jet wine is not directly liable for delays or failures by third-party service providers such as mobile banking platforms, but will assist in resolving such issues.
• In any dispute arising from a game provider's software fault or service disruption, jet wine will mediate and return bets where applicable.
• In the event of a security breach on a user's account — where it is found that the user themselves inadvertently shared their password with a third party — jet wine's liability is limited.

9. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

jet wine reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances.

9.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Suspicion of unusual betting activity or fraud.
• Need to verify a withdrawal request.
• While an investigation into involvement in prohibited activities is ongoing.

9.2 Reasons for Account Closure

• Serious or repeated breach of these terms and conditions.
• If fraud or fraudulent activity is proven.
• If a breach of the age requirement is proven.
• If the member themselves requests account closure.
