Entry TierMoving up from Bronze to Silver doubles your weekly cashback rate and gives you priority access to time-limited offers.

Higher TierThe highest VIP tier. Platinum members receive the highest weekly cashback and access to all premium benefits at jet wine.

How Weekly Cashback Works
jet wine VIP cashback is calculated on your total net losses for the week — that is, total losses minus total winnings for that week, with cashback paid at a set percentage of that amount. If you have a net win in a given week, no cashback applies for that week.
Cashback is credited directly to your account and can be used like a regular balance. It is not an extra bonus — it is essentially a partial return of that week's losses.
Cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180
(Maximum amount for this tier)
The example above shows that at the Gold tier, a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns ৳180 cashback. At the Platinum tier, the same loss would earn up to ৳240.
Read our responsible gaming guidelines to learn more — cashback is not a tool to recover losses, but a courtesy benefit for regular players.
How to Move Up to a Higher Tier
There is no fixed deposit amount or turnover threshold to change tiers in the jet wine VIP program — the system automatically monitors each player's activity and assigns tiers based on that activity.
Open an Account and Play Regularly

Play Responsibly — Cashback Is Not a Reason to Play More
The jet wine VIP program is designed for regular, responsible players. Cashback is a courtesy benefit — it should never be a reason to place larger bets or try to recover losses.
Important: Avoid intentionally betting more or going beyond your budget in hopes of receiving cashback. The cashback amount is always much less than the loss — so cashback never compensates for a loss.
Set your own budget and stick to it — regardless of your VIP tier.
Play for entertainment, not as a source of income. Gambling is never a solution to financial problems.
Take a break when needed. jet wine offers self-exclusion and deposit limit settings.
